How do you charge for consulting?
We offer day-rate consulting, fixed-scope advisory projects, and monthly retainer arrangements. Day rates and project fees are quoted transparently upfront. We do not earn commission from any software vendor we recommend.
Do you only consult on Bordales-built systems?
No. We provide independent advice on any technology decision — including systems we did not build and may not be able to implement. Our goal is the right advice, not the work that follows from it.
Can you help us evaluate ERP options?
Yes. We run structured ERP selection processes including requirements mapping, vendor shortlisting, demo facilitation, RFP design, and scoring. We have evaluated Sage, SAP Business One, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, and custom ERP options for South African businesses.
Do you work outside Pretoria?
